Parallels
I just installed Parallels Desktop for Mac Build 3036 Beta, and I'm just blown away. Coherence, one of a long list of compelling new features, lets you co-mingle Windows and Mac apps, effectively turning the virtual machine into a compatibility layer a la Classic. The Windows task bar makes things a bit clumsy, but still, this is crazy cool.
